We offers companies financial support for assessing and preparing international investments and establishments of business operations on foreign markets outside the Global and also supports projects aiming at investments in commercial scale demonstration and pilot projects for green technologies or solutions.

The support provided can cover up to 40% of the costs for feasibility studies for internationalization to a maximum amount of USD/EUR 500,000 and is offered in the form of Minimum conditional loan that can be converted into a grant upon satisfactorily meet project completion. Amro offers shares to Partners worldwide for maximum 10% of Paid Up Capital, with below terms and conditions :

  1. Professional Shares at 1% of Paid-Up Capital will be given to the Subsidiary
  2. Golden Shares at 9% of Paid-Up Capital must be paid by Subsidiary accordance with value of shares.
  3. Professional shares at 3% given to our subsidiaries who joined at the year of 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Total processing time is estimated around 20 working days with detail as follow:

  3. Document submission to the Bank for placement verification of fund process for Paid Up Capital within 7 working days

  2. To be done on Break Even Point, max 15 years.
  3. IRR will be determined by risk and project based pricing through our business assessment (Min 18% p.a)
  1. Top up investment to be given for those subsidiaries with high productivities by considering Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  2. Top up investment to be given for those subsidiaries that is decided to further growing and scaling up the business.
  1. Professional shares can only be kept by the CEO and cannot be traded or inherited. When retired or resign from the company, the share will be taken back by Amro Holding.
  2. As part of professional goodwill from Amro Holding, Professional Shares of 3% will be given to those Board of Directors who joined the group within batch 2017, 2018, 2019
  3. As part of professional goodwill from Amro Holding, Professional Shares of 1% will be given to Subsidiary who join the group in 2020
  1. The Commissioner of Subsidiary is limited at maximum 2 companies
  2. The Commissioner of Subsidiary Sector Holding is unlimited within its own Sector .
